Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Turbotec Products Plc (TRBO.L), the designer and manufacturer of high performance, high quality heat exchangers and Tru-Twist(R) heat transfer tubing, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 9:30hrs on 17 September 2012 at the offices of Seymour Pierce Limited, 20 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7EN.

The audited Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2012 are now available on the investor relations section of the Company's website at http://www.turbotecproducts.com. The Annual Report & Accounts have also been posted to shareholders along with a copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and form of proxy.
