Substantial shareholder reporting


On 4 April 2006, Bank Leumi Group's holdings in the ordinary share capital of
the Company went above the 5% threshold, requiring certain disclosures as a
substantial shareholder to the Israel Securities Authority, in accordance with
Israeli securities laws. From that date until 22 June 2006, Bank Leumi Group
purchased 259,308 shares, bringing its holdings as of 22 June 2006 to 1,036,269
ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 each, being 6.72% of the issued share capital of the
Company (5.49% on a fully diluted basis).
