                                  Board Change


The Board of TSE, the international sports consultancy business headquartered in
Lausanne, Switzerland, announces that the contract with Neil McClure as Chairman
of the company has not been renewed on its expiry and accordingly (under the
terms of his appointment letter) Neil McClure is no longer a director of the
Company. Adam Reynolds, an existing executive director of the Company, has
become Chairman of the Company.


Following these changes, the board of TSE is as follows:
