TUI Travel PLC (TT.LN), the U.K. subsidiary of German travel and tourism company TUI AG (TUI1.XE), plans to unveil several operational options for German discount airline TUIfly next week, the head of the German business said Thursday.

Talks about a cooperation agreement with Air Berlin PLC (AB1.XE) are ongoing, said Volker Boettcher, chief executive of TUI Deutschland GmbH. He said the company would also consider operating the airline as a standalone business.

A decision is likely to be made by the end of March, he said.
