DISPOSAL OF THOMSON AL FRESCO

TUI Travel PLC has agreed to dispose of the Thomson Al Fresco business to Homair Vacances. At 30 September 2009 the net book value of the assets1 being sold was GBP10.3 million.

The transaction is subject to certain condition precedents and is expected to complete in a number of weeks.
