ALLOCATION OF SHARES UNDER THE DEFERRED ANNUAL BONUS SCHEME 
 
On 6 December 2010, the following shares were allocated to members of the TUI 
Travel PLC Board under the Deferred Annual Bonus Scheme which may be acquired 
for nil cost:

ALLOCATION OF SHARES UNDER THE PERFORMANCE SHARE PLAN 
 
On 6 December 2010, the following shares were allocated to members of the TUI 
Travel PLC Board under the Performance Share Plan which may be acquired for nil 
cost:

In total Peter Long (Chief Executive) retains an interest in 10,404,718 shares, 
relating to 3,154,859 personal holding, 4,394,447 under the Deferred Annual 
Bonus Scheme and 2,855,422 under the Performance Share Plan.
