Release of Vested Shares under the Performance Share Plan

and the Deferred Annual Bonus Scheme

Following the sale of shares below, Peter Long (Chief Executive) retains an interest in 10,564,013 shares, relating to 3,025,860 personal holding, 5,165,025 under the Deferred Annual Bonus Scheme and 2,373,128 under the Performance Share Plan. As previously announced to the market in May 2008, Peter has committed to retain a minimum personal holding of 3 million shares for the medium term.
