Share Buy Back and Director Dealings

TVCH announces that on 8 August 2013 it purchased 4,845,925 ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each in the issued share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of EUR0.94 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, TVC now has a total of 96,266,654 Ordinary Shares in issue excluding treasury shares and 4,845,925 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

This purchase was made pursuant to the authority granted by shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 27 June 2013. To date 4,845,925 Ordinary Shares have been repurchased under this authority.

As part of the above trades, on 8 August 2013 certain Directors of TVCH sold Ordinary Shares as set out below.
