in respect of its BNP PARIBAS UK HIGH INCOME CELL (the "Cell")

The Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") wish to announce that in accordance with the Cell's Summary and Securities Note dated 30 May 2007 that upon redemption of all the Preference Shares of the Cell (the "Shares") on 15 December 2011 that the Shares admission to trading on the International Trade Bulletin Board of the London Stock Exchange Plc will be cancelled.
