Scrip Dividend Circular

On 11 August 2016, the Company announced a first interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2016 of 1.95 pence per ordinary share (the "First Interim Dividend"), payable on 31 October 2016 to shareholders on the register as at close of business on Friday, 19 August 2016 (the "Record Date").

The Company operates a scrip dividend scheme which allows qualifying shareholders to receive dividends in new ordinary shares instead of cash (the "Scheme"). The detailed terms of the Scheme in respect of the First Interim Dividend are set out in a circular to shareholders that will be despatched to all shareholders shortly and has been sent to the National Storage Mechanism. It will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
