Allotment of Scrip Shares to PDMRs of the Company and PDMRs'
Dealings
Following the announcement of 1 November 2016 the Company has
received notification that additional shares had been elected to
participate in the Company's scrip dividend scheme (the "Scrip
Dividend Alternative") in respect of the second interim dividend
for the year ended 31 December 2015 and accordingly ordinary shares
of 10p each in the Company (the "Shares"), were acquired as
disclosed in the tables below.
The Shares, which are traded on the Main Market of the London
Stock Exchange, were sold out of treasury by the Company on 13 May,
2016 at the previously announced scrip dividend reference price of
161.00 pence per Share and rank pari passu with the Company's
existing Ordinary Shares.
