Announcement of Dividend

The Company announces that a second interim dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2016 of 2.60 pence per Ordinary Share will be paid on Friday, 12 May 2017 to shareholders on the register as at close of business on Friday, 17 March 2017 with a corresponding ex-divided date of Thursday, 16 March 2017. This brings the total dividend payable in respect of the 2016 financial year to 4.55p (2015: 4.45p).

The Board recognises that the dividend policy, and the ability of shareholders to elect to take a scrip alternative, remain key attractions of the Company. The Company intends to continue with the policy of paying two dividends in respect of each financial year to shareholders in or around May and October.

Scrip election forms are expected to be sent to all shareholders on or around 7 April 2017 and the latest date for receipt by the Registrar of scrip elections is 25 April 2017.
