Scrip Dividend Circular

On 6 March, 2017, the Company announced a second interim dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2016 of 2.60 pence per ordinary share (the "Second Interim Dividend"), payable on 12 May 2017 to shareholders on the register as at close of business on Friday, 17 March, 2017 (the "Record Date").

The Company operates a scrip dividend scheme which allows qualifying shareholders to receive dividends in new ordinary shares instead of cash (the "Scheme"). The detailed terms of the Scheme in respect of the Second Interim Dividend are set out in a circular to shareholders that will be despatched to all shareholders shortly and has been sent to the National Storage Mechanism. It will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
