Screenetics UK Ltd placed into administration

Further to the announcement made on 22 April 2015, by way of update the Company can confirm that on 02 June 2015 Paul Andrew Flint and Brian Green of KPMG LLP, were appointed as Joint Administrators to Screenetics UK Limited, a subsidiary of the Company.

Immediately following Screenetics UK Limited being placed into Administration, certain of the business and assets relating to Screenetics were sold. This disposal is not deemed a substantial transaction as defined by the AIM Rules for Companies.
