made on 9 December 2024, a circular (the "Circular"), including the Notice of
General Meeting and a Form of Proxy will be posted
today.
The General Meeting will be held at
the offices of Fieldfisher LLP, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane,
London, EC4R 3TT at 11 a.m. on 30 December 2024.
