                         Senior Management Appointment

Visual Defence, the provider of integrated IP communications solutions to the
security and defence markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Moise
Benedid as Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective August 1st, 2006.

Moise has over 20 years of experience within the Telecommunications and
Information Technology fields. His most recent role was Senior Vice President of
Operations for Destinator Technologies, the leading provider of mobile and
personal GPS navigation software for your car, PDA, PND, PNA and mobile
Smartphones, where he was responsible for building the Destinator suite into a
global brand and product leader within its market segment. Moise will be
responsible for the day-to-day execution of operations for Visual Defence,
reporting directly to Dagan Sadeh, CEO.
