    New contract

    RICHMOND HILL, ONTARIO, June 16, 2008 - Visual Defence, Inc. today announced that it has been awarded a $CAD 1.9 million contract by
Euromaint, Stockholm LokalTrafik's (SL) commuter train maintenance provider, to supply an on-board video surveillance solution for 52 SL
commuter train vehicles.  

    Visual Defence will provide an end-to-end solution encompassing customized hardware and software as well as project management and
installation.  The solution will include Visual Defence's proven IP Mobile Digital Video Recording platform, mDVSS, as well as on-board
displays for monitoring live video.  

     "This contract win, which follows the contracts awarded in Norway and Montreal, reflects our strategic focus in the transportation
market, says Barry Tal, CEO for Visual Defence.  "We are extremely pleased to have the opportunity to provide the operators of leading mass
transportation systems with our proven mobile surveillance expertise and advanced technology solutions."

    The project, beginning immediately, is scheduled for completion by Q1 2009.
