In conformity with the provisions of the Transparency Directive VEGA Group PLC
hereby notifies that as of today's date VEGA Group PLC's issued share capital
consists of 20,523,745 ordinary shares with voting rights. VEGA Group PLC holds
no ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in VEGA Group PLC is 20,523,745.
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations
