Grant of Options 
 
 
Velosi announces that on 19 May 2009 the board of the Company approved the grant 
of options over 400,000 ordinary shares of US$0.02 each in the Company 
("Ordinary Shares") to Directors, pursuant to the Company's Share Option Scheme.
