Vatukoula Gold Mines plc today announces that David Paxton, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has on 3 June 2013 acquired 40,800 ordinary shares in Vatukoula ("Ordinary Shares") at GBP0.098 each. In addition, Adit Investment, a company owned by David Paxton, has purchased 200,000 shares at GBP0.10 per share. Following these transactions David Paxton holds 215,800 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.15% of the issued share capital of the Company and holds options of over 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.71% of the issued share capital of the Company. Adit Investment holds 160,000 shares representing 0.11% of the issued share capital of the company.
