Delay to 2023 Full Year Results Date
Videndum plc, the international
provider of premium branded hardware products and software
solutions to the content creation market, announces that the
release of its results for the year ended 31 December 2023, due on
19 March 2024, has been delayed because more time is required to
finalise its full year financial reporting, including the treatment
of certain adjusting items relating to FY 2023. A revised date will
be announced in due course.
2024 trading has started in line
with the Board's expectations, with orders increasing as the
cine/scripted TV market recovery begins, however the macroeconomic
environment remains challenging.
