Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (the "Company" or "VOC")

Result of EGM

The Board of Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (AIM: VOC.L) is pleased to announce that, at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held earlier today, the resolutions approving the proposed change to the Company's investment policy and the return of capital to shareholders of a total of US$20 million were passed. In the case of each resolution, votes were received in respect of 50,461,949 Ordinary Shares, representing 77.29 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, all of which were in favour of the resolutions.
