          NXT announces 3 further License Agreements
 
 
Following the announcement of preliminary results earlier
today, Verity Group plc is pleased to announce that NXT has
signed 3 further License Agreements.
 
1.   Hosiden Besson Limited - a UK company specialising in
     communications and  telephone systems
 
2.   Kodel - a Korean OEM loudspeaker manufacturer
 
3.   Antonin Irauser Group SA - a major European manufacturer
     of automobile interior trim with worldwide research and
     manufacturing facilities.  NXT will be working closely with
     them to produce integrated sound systems for automotive
