As required by Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company is pleased to
announce that Alastair Lyons, Deputy Chairman and Senior
Independent Director, has been appointed as a non-executive
director of Glas Cymru Holdings Cyf, the owner of water company Dwr
Cymru (Welsh Water), with effect from 1 May 2016. He will take over
as Chairman of Glas Cymru Holdings after its annual general meeting
on 8 July 2016.
