                NXT License Agreement with TGI
                               
Following  the  announcement earlier  today  by  TGI,  NXT  is
pleased to confirm that a licensing agreement has been  signed
with TGI to use flat panel speaker technology in architectural
applications  including airports, conference  centres,  hotels
and retail complexes.
 
The  new  products  will  be developed  by  Tannoy's  in-house
research  and development team and will be marketed under  the
Tannoy  brand which has a leading reputation in public address
supported   by  a  well  established  world-wide  distribution
network.
 
Progress at NXT was last reported on 8 May 1998 and it remains
the  company's  policy  to  issue  periodic  progress  reports
regarding  licensing agreements.  The next report is  expected
to be issued before the end of July 1998.
