Block Listing Application

Application has been made to the London Stock
Exchange for the block listing of 410,000
Ordinary shares of 50p each fully paid, ranking
pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares, to
the Official List.

These shares will be allotted pursuant to the
exercise of options under the rules of the Bovis
Homes Group PLC Executive Share Option Scheme
(360,000 shares) and the Bovis Homes Group PLC
Save As You Earn Share Option Scheme (50,000
shares).
