Management Changes
Walker Crips Group plc (the "Group"), the investment management,
wealth management, pensions administration and regulation
technology Group, is pleased to announce two key appointments to
further develop their core business with the appointment of Nicolaj
Bagge-Hansen (Nick Hansen) as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of
Walker Crips Investment Management Limited ("WCIM") and the
appointment of Christopher Darbyshire as Chief Investment Officer
("CIO") of WCIM.
Nick Hansen joined WCIM in 2007 as Head of Structured Products,
and was appointed Executive Director to the WCIM Board in 2010.
Nick brings a broad range of executive and leadership knowledge and
extensive experience of strategy and product development. He will
assume the role of CEO of WCIM with effect from 24 September 2019
from Sean Lam, the Group Chief Executive Officer, who has acted as
interim CEO of WCIM since 30 January 2019.
Chris Darbyshire joins WCIM as CIO on 24 September 2019. Chris
Darbyshire was previously CIO at Seven Investment Management LLP
and, before that, held senior positions at Societe Generale,
Goldman Sachs and BNP Paribas.

products and investment process, and was Chair of their Asset
Allocation Committee."
