Watford Leisure PLC (WFC.LN), holding company of The Watford Association Football Club Ltd, said Monday its subsidiary, The Watford Association Football Club Ltd, has entered into a loan agreement with non-executive director, David Fransen, for a short term unsecured loan of up to GBP500,000.

MAIN FACTS:

-Loan to assist with working capital requirements, including potential player transfers during January.

-Loan accrues interest at rate of 3.5% above base rate of Barclays Bank PLC (BCS) and is repayable on or before May. 31.
