Extraordinary General Meeting - Correction

Further to the announcement made this morning regarding an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM"), XCounter AB (AIM:XCT) confirms it will issue a notice by the 8(th) September 2011 to convene an EGM.

The EGM will not take place on or before 8(th) September, as stated in the earlier announcement.

The Company will make further announcement in due course.
