    XSN PLC ("the Company") the shell company listed on AIM, today announces the resignation of Simon Metcalf as Non-executive Director of
the Company with immediate effect.

    Commenting on the departure of Simon, David Elstein, Non-executive Chairman, said: "We are very grateful for his long service to this
board and respect and understand his need to leave the board at this time."
