Statement re Suspension

Further to its announcement of 8 February 2012, the Company reports that it is under investigation by the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department and the customs authorities in China. The Company believes that this is as a result of suspected violations of import and export regulations by certain customers of the Company, but no details have been given by the investigating authorities. The effect of the investigation is likely to have an adverse effect on trading in the current year.

A further update will be given to the market in due course.
