         Emblaze-VCON broadens its leading desktop client vPointTM with

                          vPoint EnterpriseTM Edition


     New edition will include advanced features aimed to bring along added

   functionality to organizations and corporate enterprises across the globe


The Company announces that its subsidiary, Emblaze-VCON, a leading provider of
video communications technologies and conferencing solutions for government
agencies, operators, broadcasters and corporate enterprise markets over IP
networks, today announced the broadening of its leading desktop client vPointTM
with vPoint EnterpriseTM edition to create a unique visual communication
offering to organizations and enterprises across the globe.

Advanced features in vPoint EnterpriseTM edition include:

   *  4CIF resolution
   *  Additional window for Data
   *  ISDN 4xBRI (executive version only)
   *  New skin. Minor changes, mostly colors. EVC logo change
   *  Dongle free using licensing options: MXM, license server, key
   *  Siren 14Khz support
   *  DSL upload settings
   *  Windows Vista full support
   *  Browse and launch application button (shortcut button)
   *  Selecting an image when no camera is connected
   *  Advanced statistics: packet loss / round trip delay / etc...
   *  Faster presentation transmission by allocating more BW to data channel
   *  Include email field for GK registration
   *  H.239 for multicast and interactive multicast
   *  Sending 720p with USB cameras

   *  In band DTMF
   *  OEM capabilities
   *  CPU load notification
   *  Highlighted square for region sharing
