    ZTC Telecommunications Plc (the "Company")

    Delay in release of Preliminary results for the year ended 30 June 2008

    The Board of ZTC Telecommunications Plc (AIM: ZTC) has previously advised that it intended to announce its final results for the year
ended 30 June 2008 on 17 November 2008.

    Following the announcement made on 10 November 2008 regarding the current uncertainties in the Company as a result of the absence of Mr
Chaohui (aka Charles) Huang, CEO and majority shareholder of the Company and Mr Yang Ruqiang, the Company's General Manager, the Board
believes that it is prudent to delay the release of the results until this situation becomes clearer.

    Further, as the Company is currently unable to access its offices, it is unable to update its website (www.ztcmobile.com) and therefore
announcements made by the Company since 6 November 2008 are not currently available therefrom.

    A further announcement will be made in due course.
