Directors' Transfer of Shares

Zetar Plc, the AIM-listed confectionery and snack foods group, announces that on 15(th) October 2012 it received notification from certain directors of the following transfers of ordinary shares in the Company on the same date : -

-- Roger Matthews, a non-executive director of the Company, received a transfer for nil consideration from his wife, Mrs Helen Matthews, of 12,500 shares in the Company. Following this transfer Roger Matthews is interested in 12,500 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.09% of the shares in issue, and Mrs Helen Matthews is also interested in 12,500 shares, representing approximately 0.09% of the ordinary shares in issue.

-- Clive Beecham, an executive director of the Company, transferred 3,744 shares in the Company for nil consideration to his wife, Mrs Alison Beecham. Following this transfer Clive Beecham is interested in 1,598,426 ordinary shares, representing approximately 12.06% of the shares in issue, and Mrs Alison Beecham is interested in 3,744 shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the shares in issue.

-- Mark Stott, an executive director of the Company, transferred 11,500 shares in the Company for nil consideration to his wife, Mrs Justine Stott. Following this transfer Mark Stott is interested in 11,500 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.09% of the shares in issue, and Mrs Justine Stott is also interested in 11,500 shares, representing approximately 0.09% of the ordinary shares in issue.
