                                 Board changes


Zyzygy Plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Peter Hire as
non-executive director with effect from today. Mr. Hire was at Honeywell
Information services from 1966 to 1987, at which time he joined Kleinwort Benson
Investment Bank until his retirement in 2001. Peter was appointed to the board
of several divisions of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein during his time with the
bank.

The directors of Zyzygy believe that Mr. Hire brings a wide range of experience
to the board and consider him a major asset.

Mr. Hire is, or has been in the previous five years, a director of the following
companies:
