ALLT Allot Ltd

It was another day in the green for the major indices on Tuesday. There were several Zacks #1 Rank (Strong Buy) stocks showing strong gains too.

Allot Communications Ltd. (ALLT) was one such stock, rising 11.8% on heavier than normal volume.

Allot Communications Ltd. provides intelligent IP service optimization solutions for carriers, service providers and enterprises.

The company recently delivered better than expected first quarter results on May 3. Revenues rose 38% to $17.2 million, ahead of the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $16.0 million.

Earnings per share came in at 6 cents, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 5 cents. Analysts revised their estimates higher off of the strong quarter, sending the stock to a Zacks #1 Ranks (Strong Buy).

Shares are trading at 67x 2011 earnings, a significant premium to the industry average of 19.9x.

Another hot Zacks #1 Rank (Strong Buy) stock from Tuesday was 51job, Inc. (JOBS), which rose 7.8%.

51job, Inc. provides integrated human resource services to employers and job seekers primarily in China.

Estimates have been moving significantly higher since the company posted a 21% positive earnings surprise on May 5.

Revenues rose 28% year-over-year to $49.6 million while the gross margin expanded from 64.3% to a whopping 70.5%.

51job is a little pricey too, but a much more reasonable 26.6x forward earnings. Based on a 5-year projected growth rate of 20%, its PEG ratio is a reasonable 1.3.

Other notable top performing Zacks #1 Rank stocks from Tuesday include: Cybex International, Inc. (CYBI), which jumped 8.0%, Vonage Holdings Corporation (VG), which rose 6.5%, and TravelCenters of America LLC (TA), which was up 6.2%.
