[The following email was sent to employees of Alaska Communications Systems Group, Inc. on March 11, 2021].

Good morning,

Just a friendly reminder that our shareholder meeting is tomorrow, March 12 at 3pm Alaska Time. This is the meeting at which shareholders (many of you) will vote on the proposed transaction with ATN International, Inc. and Freedom 3 Capital.

Because the meeting is so late on Friday, we will provide an update first thing Monday morning, March 15.

We’ll also hold an all-employee Teams event March 16 at 3pm Alaska Time.

I look forward to sharing more with you Monday.

In the meantime, have a great weekend. Spring is around the corner.

Best,

Bill
