Explanation of Responses:
( 1)  On May 14, 2008, it was incorrectly reported that Mr. Almeida sold 1,578 shares on May 12, 2008. The actual number of shares sold on May 12, 2008 was 1,052. Accordingly, this amendment to the original Form 4 is being filed to correct the number of shares sold and the number of shares owned following such sale.
