The Registrant was unable to fully obtain the information necessary to complete the preparation of the Registrant’s financial statements for the Quarterly period ended September 30, 2022, and review of these financial statements in time for filing. Such process is required in order to prepare a complete filing. It is anticipated that the Form 10-Q Quarterly Report will be filed on or before the 5th calendar day following the prescribed due date of the Registrant's Form 10-Q.
