March 2016 commenced a voluntary public tender offer (the
"Tender Offer") to purchase all of the issued and
outstanding shares ("Shares"), American Depositary Shares
("ADSs"), stock options ("Option Rights"), share

Biotie Therapies Corp. (Nasdaq Helsinki: BTH1V;Nasdaq: BITI)

Biotie published its audited financial statement report for the
financial year ended 31 December 2015 ("2015 Financial Statement
