Brera Holdings PLC (“Brera Holdings”)
(Nasdaq: BREA), an Ireland-based, international holding

announced that its Advisory Board member and American / Italian
soccer great, Giuseppe Rossi, organized the return of The Pepito
Cup, an annual tournament where soccer team fan clubs compete in an
elimination competition.
The 2024 tournament, sponsored by Mr. Rossi’s GIUSEPPE ROSSI
ACADEMY, took place on November 17 at the Waldwick Superdome in New
Jersey. Twelve teams participated in the tournament, with each game
lasting 25 minutes. The teams were divided into three groups of
four, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the
semifinals. The finals were won by Napoli Club NYC.
The entry was free for the public, and there were music and
games for children.
The GIUSEPPE ROSSI ACADEMY offers children immersive soccer
instruction across the United States, encompassing fundamental
skills, comprehensive mental conditioning, and a holistic
360-degree training program. All activities are conducted in a
dynamic, enjoyable, and supportive environment, aimed at empowering
young athletes to harness their athletic capabilities.
Giuseppe Rossi, born in the U.S. to Italian immigrant parents,
started his soccer career at Manchester United at 17 years of age
and scored in his Premiership debut. He later transferred to
Spain’s Villarreal FC and, over five years, became the highest
scorer in its history, with 82 goals in 192 games. Rossi went on to
play for Fiorentina in Italy’s Serie A for three years and is
considered a legend at the club. He finished his career with 143
goals in 397 games played. Rossi also played for the Italian
national team, where he was the top scorer in the 2008 Summer
Olympics. He founded and operates the Giuseppe Rossi Academy and
soccer camp in New Jersey, in addition to other businesses.

UYBA Volley, an Italian women's professional volleyball team, in
July 2023, assuming control of Bayanzurkh Sporting Ilch FC, a
Mongolian National Premier League team, which became Brera Ilch FC,

North Macedonian women's football club Tiverija Strumica, now known
as Brera Tiverija FC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brera Strumica
FC, in June 2024.

intent with a prospective club, and is proceeding with due
