NEW YORK, March 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- VASCO Data
Security International, Inc. (NASD: VDSI) will replace O'Charley's
Inc. (NASD: CHUX) in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close
of trading on Monday, April 2.
S&P MidCap 400 constituent Fidelity National Financial,
Inc. (NYSE: FNF) is acquiring O'Charley's in a deal expected to be
completed soon pending final approvals.
Aon Corp. (NYSE: AON) will remain in the S&P 500 index
following its reorganization into a newly formed public limited
company, Aon plc. Each share of Aon Corp. common stock will be
exchanged for one Class A Ordinary share of Aon plc on a one for
one basis before the opening of trading on Monday, April 2.
VASCO Data Security International designs, develops, markets,
and supports hardware and software security systems that manage and
secure access to information assets. Headquartered in Oakbrook Terrace, IL, the company will be
added to the S&P SmallCap 600 GICS Systems Software
Sub-Industry index.
