Corgi International Limited (NASDAQ GM:CRGI) and Horizon Fuel Cell Technologies (Horizon) today announced they had completed a strategic partnership agreement aimed at harnessing the combined strengths of one of the world�s leading toy companies and the leading global producer of consumer-oriented fuel cell technologies.
