Resignation of a Board Member
Robert J. Mylod has resigned from the Board
of Directors of Freightos Limited (the “Company”) as of May 30, 2023. Mr. Mylod’s decision to resign did not arise or
result from any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices, but as
a result of competing demands on his time.
