CLINTON, Conn., Nov. 8, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Connecticut Water
Service, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTWS) today announced that leading
independent proxy advisory firm Glass, Lewis & Co. ("Glass
Lewis") has joined Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. ("ISS")
in recommending that Connecticut Water shareholders vote
"FOR" the transaction with SJW Group (NYSE: SJW) on

Glass Lewis is now the second leading independent proxy advisory

"FOR" the transaction.

Connecticut Water Service Board, said, "We are pleased that both
Glass Lewis and ISS support our Board's recommendation that

every vote matters. We urge Connecticut Water shareholders to vote

eight days away, shareholders are encouraged to vote by phone or
Internet to ensure their vote is received," continued Ms.
Wallace.

many or
how few shares they own, and that not voting is the same as a vote
