Weight Watchers International Inc. (WTW) rose 5.3%, to $70.40, in after-hours trading Friday as the company is added to the S&P MidCap 400, effective Sept. 18. Meanwhile, FTD Cos. (FTD) was down 3%, to $3.54, as S&P Dow Jones Indices said FTD will lose its spot on the S&P SmallCap 600, adding that FTD is ranked near the bottom of the index and is "no longer representative of the small-cap market space."
