Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On October 21, 2024, the Company's Compensation Committee (the “Committee”) approved an increase in the base salary of Mr. Anil Doradla, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, from $310,000 to $350,000 per annum,
effective as of October 1, 2024. The Committee also approved an increase in Mr. Doradla’s annual target performance bonus opportunity from $165,000 to $175,000.
