The Company informs that, in accordance with the applicable regulations, as of today 31 May 2024 the board members Mr. Victor Grifols Deu and Mr. Raimon Grifols Roura no longer hold the category of "executive directors" due to them ceasing to hold executive functions at the Company or its Group, reason why as from 1 June 2024 they hold the category of "proprietary directors", in accordance with article 529 duodecies of the Companies Act.
