On December 2, 2008,  JoS. A. Bank Clothiers, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) in which the Company announced that it would be holding a conference call to discuss its results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2008 on Thursday, December 4, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET). A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
