On August 31, 2009, JoS. A. Bank Clothiers, Inc. (the “Company”)
issued a press release (the “Press Release”) in which the Company
announced that it would be holding a conference call to discuss its
results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2009 on Thursday,
September 3, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET). A copy of the Press
